  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • tablespoons onion chopped
  • teaspoon parsley flakes 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • cup quick-cooking oats uncooked
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • 16 oz jellied cranberry sauce canned
