  • 750 milliliter full-bodied red wine dry spanish
  •  optional: lemon thinly sliced
  • 12 servings garnish: citrus rind curls 
  •  cranberry-orange relish thinly sliced
  • tablespoons orange juice 
  • 0.3 cup sugar
