  • ounce pineapple crushed drained canned
  •  carrots peeled sliced
  • cups cranberries fresh
  •  oranges peeled seeded
  • cup pecans 
  • ounce raspberry jell-o® mix flavored
  • cup water cold
  • 0.8 cup sugar white

Directions

  1. In an electric food processor or meat grinder, grind cranberries, oranges, carrot, and pecans.
  2. Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, pineapple, gelatin and both cups of water.
  4. Mix the ingredients from the two bowls together.
  5. Pour the entire mixture into a mold and chill overnight before serving.
