  • cup firmly brown sugar light packed
  • 0.8 cup butter cold softened (1-)
  • tsp calumet baking powder 
  • 1.5 cups flour 
  • 1.5 cups quick-cooking oats 
  • cup brandied cranberry sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix oats, flour, sugar and baking powder in large bowl.
  3. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Press 2/3 of the oat mixture firmly onto bottom of 9-inch square baking dish; top with Brandied Cranberry Sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining oat mixture.
  6. Bake 30 minutes or until topping is lightly browned. Cool completely on wire rack.
  7. Cut into 24 squares to serve.
