  • 14.5 ounce canned tomatoes undrained canned
  • 0.5 cup celery chopped
  • cups chicken broth 
  • pound crawfish tails frozen thawed rinsed drained
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • cup spring onion chopped
  • servings spring onion chopped
  • medium onion chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • cup rice long-grain uncooked
