  • cups heavy cream 
  • 0.3 cup irish cream liqueur 
  • 0.3 cup sugar 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 10 servings water

    Directions

    1. Heat heavy cream, Irish cream liqueur and sugar.
    2. Mix cornstarch with about 1 tablespoon of water. Stir into the cream mixture and heat until thickened.
    3. Add vanilla.
    4. Serve over bread pudding.
    5. Cook's Note: You can make this up to 3 days in advance.
