  • cups corn kernels frozen thawed
  • tablespoon flour all-purpose
  • tablespoon thyme sprigs fresh chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • cup milk 2% reduced-fat
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper red chopped
