  •  shallots minced
  •  jalapeno minced for less heat (discard seeds )
  • 20 ounce corn kernels 
  • 0.5 cup cup heavy whipping cream 
  • 0.3 cup water 
  • ounces monterrey jack cheese grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions
