Ingredients

  • 0.7 cup almonds sliced
  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • 10.8 ounce campbell's® condensed cream of chicken soup fat free 98% canned (Regular or )
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • cup heavy cream 
  • tablespoon mustard dijon-style
  • tablespoons orange marmalade 
  •  chicken breasts boneless skinless

  • plastic wrap

Directions

  1. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet.
  2. Add almonds and cook until browned.
  3. Remove almonds.
  4. Place chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and pound to even thickness. Season with pepper.
  5. Melt remaining butter in skillet.
  6. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  7. Add 1/2 cup toasted almonds, cream, soup, marmalade, mustard and red pepper. Cook 10 minutes or until sauce thickens.
  8. Garnish with remaining almonds.
  9. Serve with rice if desired.
