  • 15 servings garnish: basil sprig fresh
  • cups basil leaves fresh loosely packed
  •  garlic clove chopped
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.5 cup olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • tablespoons pinenuts 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour
  • teaspoon sugar 
  • strips wings crispy hot

Directions

  1. Heat pine nuts in a small nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, stirring often, 3 to 5 minutes or until toasted.
  2. Process pine nuts and next 7 ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. With processor running, pour oil through food chute in a slow, steady stream.
  3. Transfer to serving bowl.
  4. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
