  • teaspoons flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 cup flat-leaf parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.7 cup half-and-half 
  • ounces pasta uncooked
  • ounce pre mushrooms 
  • large bell pepper red cut into (1/4-inch-thick) slices
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • pound shrimp deveined peeled
  • cup water
