Creamy Carnival Cups

Ingredients

• 1 pkg jell-o strawberry flavor gelatin (4-serving size)
• 2 cups whipped cream 
• 1 cup water boiling
• 0.3 cup cool whip whipped topping thawed

Equipment

• bowl
• whisk

Directions

1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl with wire whisk at least 2 min. until completely dissolved.
2. Add ice cream; mix well.
3. Pour into six dessert bowls. Refrigerate 30 min. or until set.
4. Top each serving with about 1 Tbsp. whipped topping just before serving.
