  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  • cup arborio rice uncooked
  • 12 oz corn frozen
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.3 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
