  • 0.5 cup butter 
  • 10 ounce canned tomatoes diced green drained canned
  • rib celery minced
  •  chicken bouillon cube 
  • pound crawfish tails frozen thawed
  • tablespoon creole seasoning 
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.5  bell pepper green minced
  • bunch green onions finely chopped
  • ounce pasta 
  • small onion minced
  • servings parmesan cheese shredded
  • servings garnish: parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • pint whipping cream

Directions

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions; drain. Keep warm.
  2. Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat.
  3. Add flour, and cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until blended.
  4. Add green onions and next 4 ingredients; saut 5 minutes or until tender.
  5. Add bouillon cube and next 7 ingredients; cook 10 minutes or until thickened. Stir in hot sauce, if desired.
  6. Serve over linguine noodles; sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese.
  7. Garnish, if desired.
  8. *2 pounds peeled, medium-size fresh or frozen shrimp can be substituted for crawfish tails.
