  • oz fettuccine barilla refrigerated
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • clove garlic finely chopped
  • tablespoons spring onion sliced
  • oz finely-chopped ham cooked thinly sliced cut into 1/4-inch strips
  • cup peas sweet frozen
  • 0.3 cup yogurt plain low-fat
  • 0.3 cup ranch dressing 
  • tablespoons milk
