  • ounce evaporated milk low-fat canned
  • 32 ounce hash brown potatoes frozen
  • 0.3 cup butter light melted
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • small onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • ounce cup heavy whipping cream light sour

Directions

  3. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top.

  5. Remove from oven, and let stand 10 minutes.
