  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • cups broccoli florets cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • teaspoons dijon mustard 
  • 0.3 cup chives fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup tarragon fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  • medium lemons 
  • 0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour reduced-fat
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup nonfat yogurt plain
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • pound shrimp cooked (any size)
  • teaspoons sugar 
  • ounces tofu noodles rinsed drained (found in the Asian section of grocery store)
