Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cut-up asparagus spears fresh (1-inch lengths)
  • cup chicken broth fat-free reduced-sodium
  • tablespoons 2 tablespoons kraft lite zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  • ounces philadelphia neufchatel cheese cubed ()
  • cup parmesan cheese grated kraft
  • cups penne pasta uncooked
  •  bell pepper red chopped
  • 1.5 pounds chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into 1-inch pieces
  •  zucchini cut into bite-size pieces

Directions

  1. COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and vegetables; cook 10 to 12 min. or until chicken is done, stirring frequently.
  4. Add broth and Neufchatel; cook 1 min. or until Neufchatel is melted, stirring constantly. Stir in Parmesan.
  5. DRAIN pasta; return to pan.
  6. Add chicken mixture; mix lightly. Cook 1 min. or until heated through. (Sauce will thicken upon standing.)
