  • oz elbow macaroni

  • tablespoon tarragon fresh chopped

  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • pound shrimp peeled
  • teaspoon sugar 
  • teaspoons citrus champagne vinegar
