Ingredients
- 60 ounce baking potatoes
- 0.3 cup chives fresh minced
- 2 tablespoons chives fresh minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced

- 0.5 teaspoon pepper freshly ground

- 4 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
- 0.8 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour

- Wash potatoes; bake at 400 for 1 hour or until done.
- Let cool to touch.
- Cut a 1-inch lengthwise strip from top of each potato; carefully scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact. Mash pulp in a large bowl.
