  • pounds baking potatoes peeled cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 1.3 cups cheddar cheese hot
  •  garlic clove chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • Dash paprika 
  • ounce parmesan fresh grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Place the potato slices and garlic cloves in a saucepan, and cover with water. Bring to a boil, and cook 8 minutes or just until tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. Combine the Cheddar Cheese Sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Arrange half of the cooked potatoes and garlic in a 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  6. Pour half of the sauce mixture over potatoes. Repeat the procedure with remaining potatoes and garlic and remaining sauce mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
  8. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
