  • pound andouille smoked sliced
  • ounce tomato sauce canned
  • rib celery stalks chopped
  • pound finely-chopped ham cubed cooked
  • cups rice cooked
  •  bell pepper green chopped
  •  spring onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black
  • large onion chopped
  • sprig parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and next 3 ingredients; saut until tender.
  3. Add ham, sausage, and next 4 ingredients. Cook, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in rice, cover, and cook, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes over low heat.
