Ingredients

  • teaspoon dijon mustard 
  • teaspoons chives fresh chopped
  • tablespoon mint leaves fresh thinly sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic fresh minced
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • teaspoons red wine vinegar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  •  tomatoes ripe cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices ( 2 pounds)
  •  vidalia sweet separated thinly sliced

    1. To prepare salad, alternate tomato and onion slices on a platter.
    2. Sprinkle with salt. Top with mint and chives.
    3. To prepare vinaigrette, combine oil, vinegar, mustard, and garlic in a jar. Cover tightly; shake vigorously.
    4. Drizzle vinaigrette over salad, and serve at room temperature.
