  • cups rice white instant uncooked
  • 0.5 cup polly-o parmesan cheese shredded
  •  env. seasons dressing mix italian good
  • cups water

Directions

  1. Mix water and dressing mix in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add rice and beets; mix lightly.
  3. Remove from heat; cover.
  4. Let stand 5 min. or until liquid is absorbed.
  5. Stir in cheese.
