  • Tbsp gingerroot fresh finely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp ground cumin 
  • 0.5 cup 1/2 cup kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  •  onion sliced into thin rings
  •  bell pepper red sliced
  • lb shrimp cleaned

Directions

  1. Cook onion, red pepper and gingerroot in dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until onion is tender.
  2. Stir in mustard, annatto and cumin until blended.
  3. Add shrimp; cook 3 to 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
  4. Serve over rice.
