  • 0.3 cup 1/3 cup kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  • 0.3 cup kalamata olives pitted
  •  radishes thinly sliced
  • 0.3 cup onions red chopped

Directions

  1. Use vegetable peeler to cut 1 cucumber into long thin ribbons.
  2. Peel remaining cucumbers; cut into 1-inch cubes. Toss with remaining ingredients.
  3. Spoon cucumber mixture onto center of platter; surround with cucumber ribbons.
