  • teaspoons capers divided drained
  • cup cucumber peeled sliced
  • 0.3 cup fat-skimmed beef broth fat-free
  •  garlic clove chopped
  • Dash ground pepper red
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise reduced-fat
  •  plum tomatoes cut into (1/4-inch-thick) slices
  • 0.3 cup onion red divided finely chopped
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar
