  • 1.5 lb chicken leg quarters skinless
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated kraft
  • 0.3 cup classic ranch dressing kraft
  • small pasilla peppers red cut into wedges
  •  pkt. shake 'n bake extra seasoned coating mix crispy
  •  pkt. shake 'n bake extra seasoned coating mix crispy

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Place potatoes in large microwaveable bowl or casserole dish; cover with vented plastic wrap or lid. Microwave on HIGH 7 min. Meanwhile, coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package.
  3. Place chicken on one side of greased foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  4. Add peppers, dressing and Parmesan cheese to potatoes; toss to coat.
  5. Place in pan next to chicken.
  6. Bake 40 min. or until chicken is cooked through (165F) and potatoes are tender.
