  • 0.3 cup curry powder 
  • 0.3 cup hungarian paprika sweet
  • 0.8 cup olive oil extra-virgin
  • servings vegetables fresh assorted
  • 11.5 teaspoons salt 
  • 0.3 cup sesame seed

Directions

  1. Place sesame seeds in small nonstick skillet set over medium heat. Stir until toasted and golden brown, about 3 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. Place in a spice grinder with 1 1/2 teaspoons salt. Process until finely ground.
  3. Transfer mixture to small ramekin.
  4. Mix curry powder and 5 teaspoons salt in small bowl.
  5. Transfer mixture to another small ramekin.
  6. Mix paprika and 5 teaspoons salt in small bowl.
  7. Transfer mixture to another small ramekin. (Flavored salts can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and set aside at room temperature.)
  8. Pour oil into small bowl or ramekin.
  9. Place vegetables decoratively on platter.
  10. Serve, passing oil and salts separately.
