Ingredients

  • large cauliflower 
  • rib celery diced
  • 10.8 ounce cream of chicken soup undiluted canned
  • 0.5 small onion diced
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 5.5 ounce cheddar-and-sour cream potato chips crushed ( 2 cups)
  • ounce cup heavy whipping cream sour

Directions

  1. Cook cauliflower in boiling water to cover 10 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
  2. Stir together soup, sour cream, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir in cauliflower, celery, onion, cheese, and, if desired, chicken. Spoon into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with potato chips.
  4. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  5. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Ruffles Cheddar and Sour Cream Potato Chips.
