Ingredients

  • cup carrots finely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon celery seed 
  • tablespoons cider vinegar 
  • cup cucumber finely chopped
  • cup corn kernels fresh
  • cup bell pepper green finely chopped
  • cup tomatoes green finely chopped
  • teaspoon ground turmeric 
  •  jalapeno seeded finely chopped
  • cup onion finely chopped
  • cup bell pepper red finely chopped
  • tablespoon salt 
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Combine vegetable mixture, sugar, and remaining ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or just until heated.
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
