Ingredients
- 2 cups arugula
- 1 large cucumber thinly sliced
- 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
- 0.3 cup mint leaves fresh chopped
- 0.3 cup juice of lime (from 2 limes)
- 0.3 cup olive oil
- 8 ounces radishes thinly sliced
- 4 servings salt and pepper black freshly ground
