  • lb ground beef 80% lean (at least )
  • oz taco seasoning 
  • head lettuce 
  • medium tomatoes chopped
  • 0.5 cup olives ripe sliced
  • 0.3 cup spring onion sliced
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup salad dressing italian
  • bag tortilla chips crushed

Directions

  1. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and taco seasoning mix as directed on seasoning mix package.
  2. In large bowl, gently mix lettuce, tomatoes, olives, onions and cheese.
