  • 0.5 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • tablespoons catsup 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground mustard 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.5 cups rice long grain cooked
  • 1.5 cups rice long grain cooked
  • 1.5 cups rice long grain cooked
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup undiluted canned
  • cup milk whole
  • teaspoon worcestershire sauce 
  • cups cornflakes crushed
  • tablespoons butter melted

Directions

  1. In a skillet, cook beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  2. Add the ketchup, mustard and salt; mix well.

  4. In a bowl, combine the cheese, soup, milk and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Pour over rice.
  6. Combine cornflakes and butter; sprinkle over the top.
