  • large carrots peeled cut into matchstick pieces
  • stalks celery cut into matchstick pieces
  •  cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves 
  • medium jicama peeled cut into matchstick pieces
  • cups torn lettuce 
  • Tbsp juice of lime 
  •  jalapeão peppers fresh halved seeded
  • 0.5 cup lite ranch dressing kraft
  • Tbsp sesame seed toasted

Directions

  1. Place dressing, jalapeno peppers, cilantro and lime juice in blender or food processor container; cover. Process until smooth.
  2. Toss jicama, carrots, celery and tomatoes in large bowl.
  3. Add dressing mixture; mix lightly.
  4. Cover large platter with lettuce; top with vegetable mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
