  • ounces la fourme d'ambert cheese blue crumbled
  • 0.3 cup olive oil extra-virgin
  • 0.5 cup pecans toasted chopped
  • pounds heirloom potatoes whole unpeeled

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in large pot.
  2. Pour enough cold water over to cover; salt generously. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are just tender, 20 to 40 minutes (depending on variety).
