  •  árbol chiles stemmed
  • 0.8 cup original barbecue sauce divided kraft
  • lb pork loin roast boneless
  • 30 oz cannellini beans undrained canned
  • Tbsp parsley fresh chopped
  • small onion sliced
  •  pkt. shake 'n bake chicken coating mix

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine beans, onions, chiles and 1/2 cup barbecue sauce; spread onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan.
  3. Spread meat with remaining barbecue sauce; cover with coating mix.
  4. Place over beans.
  5. Bake 1 hour 30 min. or until meat is done (160F).
  6. Remove to platter; let stand 10 min. before slicing. Stir parsley into beans. Discard chiles.
  7. Serve beans with meat.
