  • 0.1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • 1.3 cups milk 1% low-fat
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup onion vertically sliced
  • tablespoon parmesan cheese fresh grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces swiss cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • ounce bread whole wheat toasted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic; saut 1 1/2 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli; saut 1 minute.
  5. Spread broccoli mixture into a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray.
  6. Combine milk and next 8 ingredients (milk through eggs) in a large bowl.
  7. Pour milk mixture over broccoli mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan.
  8. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until top is golden and a knife inserted in center comes out clean; let stand 5 minutes.
  9. Serve with toast.
