- 1 beef bouillon tablet
- 2 cups cabbage shredded
- 0.5 cup carrots diced
- 6 servings cilantro leaves fresh
- 3 garlic cloves
- 0.5 teaspoon ground achiote
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 0.5 cup peas
- 2 pounds pork bones
- 2 medium potatoes diced yellow peeled
- 0.5 cup bell pepper diced red
- 2 potatoes diced red peeled
- 6 servings salt and pepper
- 2 scallions chopped
- 10 cups water
Equipment
Directions
- Place the onion, garlic, scallions, and red bell pepper in the food processor.
- Place a pot over medium-high heat.
- Add the water, beef bouillon, corn, and pork bones, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low.
- Add the onion mixture salt and pepper and let it simmer for 50 minutes.
- Add the potatoes, cabbage, peas, carrots, Sazon Goya, ground cumin, and flour. Cover and cook for 25 minutes more or until the pork is cooked.
- Add the fresh cilantro and serve with avocado and ají.
