  •  cucumbers sliced
  • ounces feta crumbled
  • 0.3 cup greek yogurt 
  • tablespoons kalamata olives chopped
  • teaspoons juice of lemon 
  • tablespoon oregano chopped
  • 16 servings bell pepper to taste
  • tablespoons roasted peppers red chopped
  • tablespoons sundried tomatoes chopped

Directions

  1. Mash the feta into the yogurt and then mix in the sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives, sun dried tomatoes, oregano, lemon juice and pepper.
