  • 0.5 cup green onions sliced (green part only)
  • cups hard-cooked eggs diced
  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper freshly ground
  • 0.3 cup shallots minced

  1. Gently combine the eggs, cucumbers, shallots, green onions, and basil in a medium bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
