  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • 0.8 cup cucumber divided peeled chopped ( 1)
  • 1.5 tablespoons optional: dill fresh chopped
  • teaspoon juice of lemon 
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise low-fat
  • teaspoon onion fresh grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup cup heavy whipping cream fat-free sour

Directions

  1. Place 1/2 cup cucumber, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a blender or food processor; process until smooth.
  2. Pour cucumber mixture into a bowl; stir in remaining 1/4 cup cucumber, dill, and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill, if desired.
