- 1 tablespoon dill weed dried
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 ounce cup heavy whipping cream sour reduced-fat
- 8 ounce vanilla yogurt low-fat
- 0.5 cup onion diced
- 12 servings salt and pepper to taste
