  • 0.3 teaspoon cayenne 
  •  cucumbers peeled
  • cloves garlic minced peeled
  •  green onions rinsed thinly sliced (including green tops)
  • 0.5 cup soya sauce reduced-sodium
  • oz onion red peeled chopped
  •  roma tomatoes cored rinsed (8 oz. total)
  • tablespoons distilled vinegar white

Directions

  1. Dice cucumbers and tomatoes into 1/4-inch cubes and combine in a bowl.
  2. Add red and green onions, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and black pepper and cayenne to taste.
  3. Mix well. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
