Directions

  1. Place squash halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet; drizzle with oil.
  2. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes.
  3. Cook cumin in a small skillet over medium heat, stirring and shaking often, 3 to 4 minutes or until fragrant.
  4. Combine cumin, salt, and red pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Sprinkle over squash.
