Ingredients

  •  curly kale leaves 
  • teaspoon curry powder 
  • cup peas green shelled
  • teaspoons juice of lemon 
  • 0.5 cup yogurt plain low-fat
  • 0.5 cup cream sour low-fat
  • 6-inch wholewheat pita breads cut in half ()
  • cup grapes red seedless halved
  • pound chicken breast

Directions

  1. Bring 4 cups water to a boil in a large saucepan; add chicken. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 13 minutes.
  2. Add peas; cover and simmer an additional 7 minutes or until the peas are crisp-tender.
  3. Drain and coarsely chop chicken.
  4. Combine chicken, peas, and grapes in a bowl.
  5. Combine yogurt, sour cream, curry powder, and lemon juice; stir well.
  6. Pour over chicken mixture; toss gently. Cover and chill, if desired.
  7. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken salad into each lettuce-lined pita half.
