  • 0.3 cup knudsen cream light sour
  • 0.5 tsp curry powder 
  • 0.3 cup apricots dried finely chopped
  • 24  ritz crackers low sodium

    Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients except crackers until well blended; cover.
    2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
    3. Spoon 2 tsp. of the mixture onto each cracker just before serving.
