  • 0.3 cup currants dried
  • tablespoon flat-leaf parsley fresh chopped
  • 1.3 cups lower-sodium chicken broth fat-free
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup shallots finely chopped
