  • 1.5 teaspoons dijon mustard 
  • medium apples i use 2 granny smith apples peeled cut into 1/8-inch cubes
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • large hardboiled eggs chopped
  • 16 servings salt and pepper freshly ground
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise 
  •  wholewheat pita breads mini halved
  • tablespoons spring onion thinly sliced
  • tablespoon shallots minced
  • 16 servings watercress
