  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  • teaspoons butter light
  • tablespoons pecans 
  • ounce boil-in-bag and rice mix long-grain wild
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions, omitting butter, fat, salt, and seasoning packet.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Melt 2 teaspoons butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add pecans; saut 3 minutes.
  5. Add curry powder, and saut 1 minute.
  6. Combine rice, pecans, salt, pepper, and parsley.
